I found the site a little difficult to use as what I wanted was not on there, and I ended up phoning the company for help. The person there was fairly helpful and I put in my order. I had a couple of updates on the signs progress and it arrived as they stated. I should have liked a photo of the sign as they envisaged it, and indeed, as I envisaged it, to confirm that was what I wanted, before they went ahead and made it. It was well packaged and I shall be taking it to my daughter as it was a Christmas present. I think the site needs to be easier to use with, as I mentioned, the ability to receive a photo of my request first. On the whole, am happy with the product, it is heavier than I thought it would be and it was difficult to see what type of material would be used to make it. Would I use this company again, probably, as I liked the updates, but an easier more simple site would be better. I am fairly pleased with the sigh and hope my daughter is too.
